Hey, we’re synquoia! 

Our mission is to provide a full suite of administrative offerings for businesses, with a heavy emphasis in insurance agency administration.

Our founder Jen comes from a captive-to-independent background in insurance sales. Starting March 2025, she became a solo entrepreneur and steadily grew from servicing one agency to about a dozen individual agents/agencies in under a year. Her team now manages billing & business retention, booking, CRM maintenance & integration, BOB, financial data reporting, consultation for business flow, social media management, and sales recruitment. 

We strive to identify and alleviate the day-to-day strain agents and agencies alike face with time consumption on “busywork”. We seek to offer immediate professional problem eradication, and buy you back time to handle money making activities. 

Unlike the traditional approach of having a single administrator assigned to an agent, by having a team that handles different departments, processes are streamlined. A single point of contact can be established to handle multiple needs simultaneously, rather than time delays due to “processing in order received”.
